Our 1 year old loves to feed herself (and refuses to be fed most of the time, unless it is her brother putting a spoonful in her mouth). She helps herself with a bowl of weetbix most mornings. She does have a spoon but she prefers to use her hands and pretends that her food is shampoo (she has a lot of hair…)
